Drive to Musanze.

Gorilla trekking
Hike to a gorilla family.
- Day 4
Volcanoes to Rubavu
Drive to Rubavu on Lake Kivu, the start of the trail.
- Day 5
Rubavu to Kinunu
Hike or cycle south through tea and coffee hills to Kinunu.
- Day 6
Kinunu to Karongi
Continue along the lake to Karongi.
- Day 7
Karongi
A rest day with a boat trip to Napoleon Island and its fruit bats.
- Day 8
Karongi to Nyungwe
Drive to Nyungwe Forest.
- Day 9
Nyungwe Forest
Track chimpanzees and walk across the canopy bridge.
- Day 10
Nyungwe to Kigali
Drive back to Kigali.
